Western Crossdraw Holsters : The Dodge City

The Dodge City - Model 1872

This is a rig similar to the one used by Bat Masterson, buffalo hunter, gambler and gunfighter, who later became Sheriff of Dodge City.
The belt on this rig is 2 1/4" wide and tapers to 1 1/2" and has a clipped corner high polish rust and tarnish proof buckle. It is cut from 9 ounce saddle leather, fully suede lined and has twelve hand molded bullet loops.

The holster is cut from 8 ounce leather and fully lined with silicone treated suede for handgun protection. It has about a thirty degree cant for easy crossdraw and reholstering. It also comes with a latigo hammer thong.

This rig is designed to fit single action revolvers including Colt, Ruger and other replicas.
